About the event

"If a waterway runs through your property, do you need consent to do work near it?.. It's a blurry lined situation where many of us feel unsure of our responsibilities and the councils' responsibilities.

Hawke's Bay Regional Council is holding a workshop to discuss when and why you may need a consent, how to apply for a consent and run through some typical scenarios and what is needed.

There’ll also be the opportunity for you to have a one-on-one with a member of the council resource consents team to talk about any specific issues on your property you want a steer on or if want help preparing a consent application.

When: Wednesday 10th April 2024, 3.30pm - 5pm

Where: Pukehāmoamoa School

Please RSVP by Monday 1st April 2024.
